About grow & flow
Welcome to our mindfulness program for children, where we believe that every child has the potential to thrive emotionally and mentally. In today's fast-paced world, teaching mindfulness is essential for helping children develop essential life skills such as focus, emotional regulation, and resilience. Our approach combines engaging activities with practical techniques, allowing children to learn how to be present and aware in their daily lives.
Through our unique "Grow and Flow" methodology, we create a nurturing environment that encourages exploration and self-discovery. Our programs are designed to empower children to manage their emotions, build confidence, and foster a sense of calmness. By integrating mindfulness into their routines, children can cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.
Join us in our mission to support children in reaching their full potential through mindfulness. Together, we can help them embrace the present moment and navigate life’s challenges with grace and confidence. About me

I’m Sarah, The founder of grow & flow, a dedicated yoga and mindfulness teacher with 27 years of experience in the childcare industry, I have had the privilege of witnessing the transformative power of mindfulness in children. Over the past 15 years, I have served as a Centre Director, where I’ve developed programs that emphasise the importance of mindfulness in early childhood development.
I firmly believe that teaching children mindfulness is essential for supporting them in reaching their full potential. By incorporating mindful practices into their daily routines, children learn to manage their emotions, enhance their focus, and cultivate a sense of calm. My approach, which I like to call "Grow and Flow," encourages children to explore their feelings and thoughts while connecting with their bodies and the world around them.
Through engaging activities and guided practices, I aim to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. I am passionate about fostering resilience and creativity in young minds, ensuring they have the tools they need to navigate life's challenges with confidence and grace. Mindfulness is not just a practice; it’s a way of life that can empower children to grow into their best selves.
